About Esterina

Hi, I’m Esterina — woodworker, storyteller, maker, and mom.
I’m the founder of Tavolo Studios, where I create handcrafted wooden goods, custom furniture, cabinetry, and design-led spaces rooted in simplicity, function, and intentional living. What began in 2021 with a single cutting board during a kitchen remodel slowly evolved into a full woodworking practice — from small-batch kitchen pieces to built-ins, furniture, and home design projects.
But woodworking is only part of what I share.
Through YouTube, writing, and social media, I document the quieter side of building a creative life: slowing down, minimizing decision fatigue, finding beauty in ordinary routines, and creating spaces that help us feel more grounded. My videos are calm, story-driven, and gently personal — whether I’m building cabinetry in the shop, redesigning a room, or reflecting on the rhythms of motherhood and work.
Long before woodworking, I loved visual storytelling. I saved for my first camcorder in college, interned in sports production, and spent years behind the camera before eventually turning it toward my own life and creative process.
Today, my work blends craftsmanship, design, and storytelling. Some people find me through a walnut serving board, others through a quiet vlog or a furniture build. However you arrived here, I hope this space feels welcoming — like being invited into a slower, calmer home where creativity is shared openly, imperfections are allowed, and beauty is found in everyday life.
Come in, get comfortable, and stay awhile.
